Beneath the starry skies of summer, Abbazie in Festival transforms places of history and spirituality into open stages for culture and inclusion.

Among historic abbeys, cloisters, and green parks across the Province of Treviso—Monastier di Treviso, Vidor, Mogliano Veneto, Nervesa della Battaglia, Conegliano, Ormelle, and Gaiarine—over 180 artists, 15 technical professionals, and more than 2,500 spectators come together to share a single message: music as encounter, listening, and participation.

A festival that weaves together music, dance, and theatre, supported by local administrations, institutions, and communities, fostering a culture that is ever more inclusive and accessible.

The Grand Chapter of Inclusion

Each year, in March, The Grand Chapter of Inclusion celebrates the meeting of cultures and diverse theatrical abilities, offering audiences a space for international dialogue and mutual recognition.

Italy welcomes artists and organisations from other countries without barriers—beginning in 2004 with Japan and continuing through to the 2025 edition—in a union that transcends borders and differences.

On stage, actors, spoken-word performers, teachers, and theatre professionals come together, united by the desire to create art collectively and to spread a culture of inclusion through the spoken word and embodied presence.

An event that bears witness to how art, when shared, truly becomes a universal language of humanity and freedom.
