Educational courses for unemployed and inactive persons
Formation is a fundamental lever for real inclusion: a tool capable of opening up new concrete possibilities, generating autonomy and promoting full participation in social, cultural and professional life.
Fondazione Efesto puts people first, according to the Human First principle, offering and promoting tools that are useful for integration or reintegration into the world of work and volunteering, particularly in inclusive contexts ranging from sport to culture.
Formation is developed through professional courses funded by regional, national and European calls for proposals, carried out in synergy with Equasoft and Enforma. The courses are designed to be accessible, practical and skills-oriented.
Thanks to bonuses from the Job Centres, participants can benefit from a monthly financial contribution to support attendance and travel, recognising the value of the time dedicated to training. The courses are open to everyone, without exception, and are reserved for unemployed or inactive people, in full compliance with the requirements set out in the calls for applications.

MiCo is a training course held in Mestre (Venice), Mogliano Veneto (Treviso) and Belluno, aimed at unemployed or inactive people.
The aim is to train people to work in tourism, sports and leisure activities, with a particular focus on inclusion, enabling them to welcome, engage and accompany different groups, creating accessible activities and a relaxed and participatory environment.
The course combines theoretical lessons and practical activities and provides concrete tools for organising and managing events and entertainment. Great attention is paid to interpersonal relations, communication and teamwork. The training focuses on accompanying people with disabilities in leisure activities. Participants learn how to support, assist and facilitate participation, always respecting the individual and their autonomy.
Participants can also receive a monthly financial contribution to help with attendance and travel costs.
Activation period and frequency: January to June 2026 (4 to 8 hours of participation per day, four days a week)

A free course that combines professional training and Italian language development, designed specifically for people of foreign origin. The course trains operators in the care, cleaning and sanitisation of public and private spaces and environments, teaching them how to use specific equipment and products and how to work as a team. The Italian language module is a central part of the course and helps participants to communicate better at work and in everyday life.
The activities take place in person at the Efesto Foundation, located at Via Terraglio 43 – Mestre.
At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of competence, which is useful for finding employment in cleaning and hygiene services and for improving their knowledge of Italian.
